assignment: using the material you have developed with the character bio's of your protagonist and antagonist and their conflict(s), write a scene so the audience can sense each character's wants/goals and the conflict between them. (this may or may not be a scene that will actually be a part of your final script; consider this exploration and development)

Wed. Nov. 5

Assignment due in class Monday, both hard copies:

•write a breakdown of the story beats for your proposed script.

•Write the analysis of JUNO from handout in class:

 1. What is JUNO really about? (what is the “armature”) Explain and cite specific actions, images or dialog examples to defend this idea.

2. Choose one of the following and explain how the screenwriter develops these ideas with specific actions, images or dialog:

            •relationships of couples

            •parenting

3. List all the reversals you can find in the script.

write a breakdown of the beats of the script for JUNO. (see example format in "pages" to the right)
